Terms & Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before placing an order with Foundry Engraving. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Custom Orders

All products sold by Foundry Engraving are custom-made to order. Because every item is personalized, we begin production only after you have approved your digital proof. Please review your proof carefully — we are not responsible for errors approved by the customer.

2. Digital Proofs

A digital proof will be sent to you via email or whichever communcation channel we are using to discuss the reqest before engraving begins on most orders. You are responsible for reviewing the proof for accuracy, including spelling, layout, and design. Once you approve the proof, your order enters production and changes may not be possible.

3. Artwork and Design Submissions

By submitting artwork, logos, or images to Foundry Engraving, you confirm that:

  • You own the rights to the artwork, or have permission to use it

  • The artwork does not infringe on any trademark, copyright, or intellectual property rights of any third party

  • You take full responsibility for any claims arising from submitted artwork

Foundry Engraving reserves the right to decline any order that includes content we determine to be offensive, illegal, or in violation of these terms.

4. Customer-Provided Items

Foundry Engraving accepts customer-provided items for engraving. By submitting an item for engraving, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • A $5.00 risk fee applies to all customer-provided items

  • Foundry Engraving is not responsible for damage to customer-provided items resulting from the engraving process

  • Results may vary depending on the item's material, coating, and finish

  • The risk fee is non-refundable

5. Pricing

All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. Pricing for custom orders will be confirmed via quote before production begins. Foundry Engraving reserves the right to correct pricing errors.

6. Payment

Payment is due at the time of order or as otherwise agreed. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods available through our payment processor. All transactions are processed securely.

7. Intellectual Property

All original designs, content, and artwork created by Foundry Engraving remain the intellectual property of Foundry Engraving. Customer-submitted artwork remains the property of the customer.

8. Limitation of Liability

Foundry Engraving's liability is limited to the value of the order placed. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Escambia County, Florida.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
