Q: What items can you engrave?

A: We engrave tumblers, coasters, cutting and charcuterie boards, PMags, magazine base pads, stroller signs, and a wide variety of customer-provided items. Not sure if your item qualifies? Send us a message and we'll let you know.

Q: Do you ship orders?

A: Yes! We ship nationwide. Local pickup is also available in Pensacola, FL if you prefer to grab your order in person.

Q: How much does laser engraving cost?

A: Pricing depends on the item and engraving type. Tumblers start at $30, stroller signs from $25, coaster sets from $16, and corporate orders from $28 per cup for 10+ units. See our Shop for full pricing or submit a Custom Engraving Request for a quote.

Q: Can you engrave a logo or custom artwork?

A: Absolutely. We accept PNG, SVG, PDF, and AI files. High-contrast, clean-line artwork engraves the sharpest. If you're unsure whether your file will work, send it over before ordering and we'll give you honest feedback.

Q: What is rush processing?

A: Rush processing gets your order turned around in 1–2 business days. An additional rush fee applies depending on the item — typically +$8 for stroller signs and +$15 for tumblers.

Q: Do you do corporate or bulk orders?

A: Yes! We specialize in corporate or bulk engraving orders of 10 or more items with pricing starting at $28–$32 per cup. We can handle tumblers, coasters, cutting boards, and more for teams, events, and businesses. Q: What is a "customer-provided" item?

A: That's when you bring or ship us your own item — like a YETI, Stanley, or Hydro Flask — and we engrave it for you. A $5 risk fee applies since results can vary based on unknown coatings and materials. We're not responsible for damage to customer-provided items

Q: How do I place an order?

A: You can shop directly from our website for standard products, submit a Custom Engraving Request for something unique, or reach out via email or social media. We'll walk you through the rest.

Q: Where are you located?

A: We are a home-based business available by appointment at 11018 Blacktail Loop, Pensacola, FL. Local pickup is available, and we ship anywhere in the US.

Q: What file types do you accept for custom designs?

A: PNG, SVG, PDF, and AI files work best. High-contrast images with clean lines engrave the sharpest. Not sure if your file will work? Send it over and we'll take a look before you commit.

Q: How long does a custom order take?

A: Most orders are completed within 3–5 business days. Rush options are available — just let us know your deadline in the form.

Q: Can I bring my own item to engrave?

A: Yes! Drop off locally in Pensacola or ship it to us. A $5 risk fee applies to customer-provided items. See our Customer-Provided Engraving page for details.

Q: Do I get to see a proof before you engrave?

A: Absolutely. We send a digital proof for your approval before we ever fire up the laser.

Q: What if I don't have a design?

A: No problem — just describe what you're thinking and we'll work with you to create something.
