Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing Foundry Engraving! Here is everything you need to know about how we handle shipping for your custom laser-engraved orders.

Processing Time

All orders are custom-made to order. Standard processing time is 3–5 business days from the date your digital proof is approved. Rush processing (1–2 business days) is available for an additional fee — please indicate your deadline when placing your order.

Processing time does not include shipping transit time.

Shipping Methods

Generally speaking, a Shipping Policy often addresses these types of issues: the timeframe for processing orders; the shipping costs; different domestic and international shipping solutions; potential service interruptions; and much, much more.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. We ship to all 50 US states.

Local Pickup

Local pickup is available at our location in Pensacola, FL at no additional charge. Once your order is ready, we will contact you to arrange pickup. Please do not come before you have received a notification that your order is complete.

Shipping to Us (Customer-Provided Items)

nclude your name, contact number, return address, and order details inside the package. We will contact you once your item is received and ready for engraving.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method when sending items to us. Foundry Engraving is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit to us.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information. If you have not received tracking information within your expected window, please contact us at foundryengraving@gmail.com.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

International Shipping

At this time, we ship within the United States only. Please contact us at foundryengraving@gmail.com if you have questions about international orders.

FIREARM-RELATED ITEMS — SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

Foundry Engraving offers laser engraving services on firearm-related accessories including Magpul PMAGs, magazine base pads, and other firearm components. While laser engraving itself is a legal service, certain firearm accessories — particularly standard-capacity magazines — are restricted or prohibited in some US states and localities.

Customer Responsibility

It is the sole responsibility of the customer to know and comply with all federal, state, and local laws regarding the purchase, possession, and receipt of firearm-related items in their jurisdiction. By placing an order for any firearm-related item, you confirm that:

  • You are legally permitted to purchase, possess, and receive the item in your state and locality

  • The item complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction

  • You are at least 18 years of age

  • You are not prohibited by law from owning or possessing firearm accessories

Foundry Engraving is not responsible for orders placed in violation of applicable state or local laws. Orders that are seized, refused, or returned by authorities due to local restrictions will not be eligible for a refund.

States and Jurisdictions With Known Restrictions

The following states and jurisdictions currently have laws restricting standard-capacity magazines (generally defined as magazines holding more than 10 rounds). This list is provided as a general reference only and may not reflect the most current laws. Always verify current laws in your jurisdiction before ordering.

Engraving-Only Services (Customer-Provided Items)

If you are shipping your own firearm accessories to Foundry Engraving for engraving only, you are responsible for ensuring the item is legal to ship in interstate commerce and legal to possess in both the originating and destination state. Foundry Engraving will return engraved items to the address provided at the time of order — you are responsible for ensuring receipt of the item is legal at that address.

Right to Refuse Orders

Foundry Engraving reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or refund any order for firearm-related items if we believe the order may violate applicable laws or if we are unable to verify the legality of shipping to the provided address.
