Refund Policy

Because all Foundry Engraving products are custom-made to order, our refund policy reflects the personalized nature of our work. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
Custom Orders — General Policy
All sales of custom laser-engraved products are final once production has begun. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for custom orders that have been engraved as approved.
Proof Approval
A digital proof is sent for your approval before we begin engraving. Please review your proof carefully — including spelling, layout, design placement, and sizing. Once you approve your proof, we proceed with production based on that approval. Foundry Engraving is not responsible for errors in approved proofs.
Errors Made by Foundry Engraving
If your order was engraved incorrectly due to an error on our part (not matching your approved proof), we will remake your order at no cost or issue a full refund. Please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your order with photos of the issue.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will work with you to file a carrier claim and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Customer-Provided Items
Foundry Engraving is not responsible for damage to customer-provided items resulting from the engraving process. The $5.00 risk fee collected on all customer-provided items is non-refundable. By submitting your item, you acknowledge and accept this risk.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before proof approval for a full refund. Once a proof has been approved and production has begun, cancellations are not accepted and no refund will be issued.

The following are non-refundable under any circumstances:
