Every order gets a free digital proof before the laser fires — nothing is engraved until you approve the design. Engraving is permanent: we remove the coating with the laser to reveal the stainless steel beneath, so there is nothing to peel, fade, or wash off.

Care: hand wash only. Powder-coated, vacuum-insulated drinkware does not belong in the dishwasher.
